Please add the dm-service-time kernel module

Description

I built an extension to run multipathd for our fiber channel SAN disks and during this effort one of the issues I ran into is that I can't use a path_selector I wanted to because the kernel module isn't available. Talos does provide dm-multipath and dm-round-robin already. So I would request that any other missing kernel modules related to multipath like dm-service-time please be made available as well.
