enhancement: remove prefix path in artifact checksum files

Feature Request

Remove the _out/ prefix in the generated sha{256,512}sum.txt of release artifacts.

Description

Currently the contents of sha256sum.txt and sha512sum.txt in github releases have _out/ prefix, make it less straightforward to validate the checksum.
