NTFS support

Description

It doesn't look like Talos has native support for mounting ntfs partitions. I believe it should be possible to enable the kernel module for this.

Why?

Honestly, quite a niche use-case I guess. Right now I'm backing up various drives by putting them in Talos nodes and mounting them in pods. This works okay for Linux-native filesystems like ext4, but ntfs will fail to mount.

From security point of view, this should be optional, as we don't want to increase attack surface. This might be a perfect system extensions.
