[feature] Improve bootstrap manifest workflow

Problem Description

After performing a Kubernetes upgrade it is easy to forget to apply Bootstrap Manifests.

Solution

Example: Could more visible indicators be added? e.g. change the background colour

Example: Add an indicator next to the Kubernetes version?

Alternative Solutions

Alternatively having an option in cluster templates to automatically apply bootstrap manifests could be useful. (CC @fsgh42 )

This really needs a better filtering mechanism too. If you have it bootstrap with something like ArgoCD, all the ArgoCD manifests will show different all the time because the applied version has the tracking annotations of ArgoCD. That's all noise that should be ignorable and not count as a difference.
