Animated GLTF/GLB Export Support

Hi all,

Thanks for making this public! Having a quick poke around. It seems like this is supported but isn't exposed to the ROP parms.

Is this on purpose? I haven't dug too much deeper, but is there indeed underlying support for animated GLTFs? Is there any planned work to expose this?
