make icons of undertag custumizable

Hi,

I don't know why but my icons don't show up right. Besides that it would be nice to be able to customize the icons of "under-tags" e.g. TODO(todos), Staged(git), $filname(Diagnostics) and every other "under-tag". <- Is this the right word? Sorry for my bad english. Really enjoying your plugin. Well done!

this maybe is terminal font problem you can change to support non asckii terminal font

1. I recommend the fonts here (https://github.com/ryanoasis/nerd-fonts)
2. The way to set the font varies depending on the terminal, so please read the terminal document you use
