Allow Negative

Change for the allow negative values in CountDown.

@flastowizka is their any event to know if the current time is in negative or in positive as I want to toggle class between those.

@flastowizka Please correct so that the comparator is a '===' so this can be implemented. It would be greatly appreciated.
