Compilation problem

can u tell how to get output after compiling miniBatch.c

In turbo C alt+f9 to compile,if there is no error then alt+cltr+f9 to execute,u will get output.

i am doing it in ubuntu 16.04 can u tell me commands to compile (for example like cc filename.c to compile and run the program like ./a.out in C language) and run k-means algorithm !
