Build valuations have wrong units in states tab?

It looks fine to me, what seems wrong?

The units aren't right. I'm not sure if it needs to be multiplied by 1000 or 1000000, but there's no way that NY is seeing less than $10M worth of residential real estate investment per year. That's like less than one building. The per capita rates of investment can't be right either. Should be around whatever the average price of a home is divided by the home's lifespan ($500k/50 years = $10k/y) not cents per year.

Thanks, I see what you mean! NYC has $2.5b in 2021, but New York state is $8m. It should probably be $8b. I'll look at the documentation, maybe the state numbers are in thousands
