Yes you can,I just succeeded,the hard part is the installation of nvdiffrast,requiring external compiler for compiling the CUDA kernels.

Download https://github.com/ninja-build/ninja/releases/download/v1.10.2/ninja-win.zip and unzip it to a dir, add that dir to system path. add path where the cl.exe exists , such as "D:\Visual Studio 2019\VC\Tools\MSVC\14.29.30133\bin\Hostx86\x86"
