Turbo disables by itself

my turbo boost gets disabled after some time like 10-15 mins and I cant find out why,I can enable it manually but it happens everytime. laptop Legion y540 opencore

Same Here rMBP 2013. So I did create alfred overflow to call VoltageShift quickly

I did notice it re-enables back after sleep
