migration from tslint to eslint

Context:

• issue in tslint
• tslint-to-eslint-config - config migration tool

ToDo

• review wasm/demo/tslint-to-eslint-config.log and wasm/tests-js/tslint-to-eslint-config.log and:
  • adjust rules / code if needed
  • remove the logs
• review wasm/demo/tsconfig.json and wasm/tests-js/tsconfig.json (both are empty for now) and adjust if needed some docs
• review comments and rules in generated wasm/demo/.eslintrc.js and wasm/tests-js/.eslintrc.js and try to follow the recommendations
• run checks, review the failures and make them fixed or disable
