I am having the same issue, when running Ventura. I have not tried other images. @sickcodes is this a known issue? I have searched about it, but found very little and I was not able to find any way to fix it

I see here that the simulator works fine. If I try and use Chrome it also works. But I have that problem you described with Safari and Flipper. It would be super great to have a solution for that.

I can also confirm that on Monterey everything works fine, it seems to be a problem specific to Ventura.
