Error upgrading Ventura to 13.4.1

When I try to update to 13.4.1, I accept the new terms, it downloads the update, stays on the "preparing the update" window for a while, but it fails. Is it anyone being able to update?

I have the same issue... from Catalina (auto) I will retry later EDIT : is a way to verbose Apple on Upgrade black_loading_screen it is where I am
