Issue with manage.py migrate

Hello,

I started by updating the requirments.txt file with the following: Django==4.0.5 django-crispy-forms==1.14.0 Pillow==9.1.1 pytz==2022.1

When I run "python3.10 manage.py migrate", I get the following: image

Do you have any suggestions as to what the problem might be?
