feat: transcript videos on discord

Feature Request

Sib's bot should be able to transcript the videos/podcasts send on the chat.

Why it is needed

We can spend less time watching videos and can discuss better about the topics in the video

Tasks

• [ ] Check for youtube URLs on each message and show emoji to start the transcript
• [ ] OpenAI Whisper API
• [ ] Send the transcript on a thread
