Agreed, Cmd + \ doesn't work with AZERTY keyboards, for example.

It's the same for me.

A quick workaround is to change the line 33 in index.js (~/.hyper_plugins/node_modules/hyperterm-1password).

e.keyCode === 186

186 is : for my french keyboard, you can easily change it why an other (http://asquare.net/javascript/tests/KeyCode.html).
