Not receiving notifications for sensors

I'll start by saying that I have other native HomeKit accessories which, when configured in Home app, will send a notification. Similarly, my Wink accessories, when configured in the Wink app, will also send notifications. But with homebridge-wink3, these same Wink accessories do not send notifications through Home. I sill get the Wink notifications, but ideally I would like to eventually disable them in Wink and just use the notifications from Home. I have enabled notifications for these sensor accessories in Home. Other Wink Accessories, like lights, do respond to commands from Home.

I've only just installed homebridge so I am not certain whether notifications should work with wink3, but I assume so. The few first times I started homebridge-wink3 I saw lines during runtime like:

[7/12/2018, 2:24:28 PM] [Wink] Received update notification: Living Room Window Sensor (sensor_pod/367554)

However, I no longer see those lines output. Also, after the first few hours after first installing, I started to see the error reported here: StatusCodeError: 429 "You have been throttled. Please try again later"

Maybe this is related to not receiving notifications? Is there a possible conflict caused by still having these accessories configured to notifications in Wink?

...and of course, as soon as I post this and start testing again, I am now receiving notifications through Home. All I did was restart homebridge, tested a couple sensors and they failed. Disabled the Wink notification robot for one sensor and tested again, this time receiving the Home Notification. Further testing showed other sensors that still had their Wink robots enabled for notification were also receiving Home notifications (and Wink notifications). Re-enabled the disabled Wink robot and still receiving both Home and Wink notifications. Weird.

I'll close this for now (if I can) and re-open if it starts happening again.

Definitely not working consistently. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn't work at all. Sometimes it works. Seems to work most often if I open the Wink app and then disable and re-enable a robot for one of the sensors. But that is not consistent either.

Hmmm, I will look into this issue when I get a chance.
