Can`t insert data in table. SQL error: unable to open database file

Hello Issue related to https://github.com/siara-cc/esp32_arduino_sqlite3_lib/issues/19 the same project. When I try to select if read data from the database. But when I try to insert some values I get SQL error: unable to open database file
