better documentation for macro

It looks like the macro feature #11 was a hit, the only 2 reviews in the store reference it https://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugin/19698-1password/reviews#review=96591 and https://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugin/19698-1password/reviews#review=91399 but they both complain that it isn't documented well.

Could we maybe just add the screenshots from #11 into the store's screenshots?

E.g. what would be the equivalent of GITHUB_TOKEN=$(op item get "GitHub" --fields "gh-cli").

How it resolves when there's multiple vaults.
