[Bug Title here] Unseen Heading due due to wrong color

What happened?

I noticed that above feedback form there is a heading written "WE VALVE YOUR FEEDBACK" and a sub heading "Your input helps us to improve and provide better services. Please fill out the form to let us know your thoughts." But due to color clash with background it is not visible.
