[Bug]: On hovering card of users flickering issue

What happened?

when we hover on the card of users/profiles there is flickering issue . It should not flicker and instead retain its height

Yh, I've seen this as well, also the skills part isn't as functional as it should be. It's only when you hover over the skills section it changes height.
