Request for a proper release

Can you please make a proper release of this software, it makes it easier for HPC sites to install when there is a proper release.

I would like to be able to provide conda packages for pyamgx; however this will need conda packages for the AMGX C library as a dependency. @marsaev, do you have any thoughts about this? With your permission, I'm happy to make available conda packages on conda-forge for both the AMGX C library as well as Python wrappers.

This is not a request for a binary package; it's a request that you simply tag a release of this source code.

+1 to the request for a proper release. This would allow getting the code source by wget rather than cloning the repository
