标题右键Open solustiton无反应，先使用一下编辑器右键菜单的选项或者编辑器头部的选项.

文件乱码在Help->Edit Custom VM options中增加或者修改-Dfile.encoding=utf-8

遇到这个同一个问题，更新7.3后，solution打开为lcv文件，展示乱码，配置-Dfile.encoding=utf-8也没有效果
