feat: collapsible sidebar when logged in

I think it'd be nice if users could collapse the sidebar when logged in.

Hey guys! Thanks so much for volunteering to work on this. Unfortunately, the Shuttle console codebase is not open-source yet. We plan to open up the repository, but there are some issues with local development for external contributors we are trying to resolve first.

In the meantime, I've forwarded this suggestion internally.
