[Feature]: SurrealDB support

What happened?

SurrealDB is one of the fastest growing Databases on GitHub! They have support for cloud and wasm databases.

I think it would be a great addition to the shuttle ecosystem.

They are still in Beta but they have support for all the major frameworks e.g Axum, Actix

I don't think it would be hard to implement, I could write a blog post if it is particularly easy.

Thanks for opening this Matthew! :heart: We're definitely interested in exploring this and we'd welcome a PR for it. Personally I don't know much about surrealdb yet, so if you have some ideas about how we might go about this that would be a much appreciated first step here.

This issue is stalled due to uncertainties about how SurrealDB's license affects hosting on Shuttle. Once Surreal has their own cloud, there might be more activity on this front.
