@JorisGoosen @boutinb that's what I have a remote help with the ueser, I got infomation above. seems all of Qt based application not work on that PC even the 'qt-online-installer'....
Yes I did but found nothing.
Maybe something with network proxy with TLS things...because if I disable proxy for Qt-online-installer.exe it will sotp to crash. JASP has no this setting so I cannot confirm it.
