Possibility to remove section from TOC if the content isn't displayed

Hello,

I would like to know if there is a possibility to do not display title section in the TOC if the content isn't rendered on the page.

In my use case, we hide documentation section depending of the user right but the section is still displayed in the TOC of the page despite the content not visible on the page for the user.
