Improve china map names

Two commits, which can both be accepted or cherry-picked as required.

1. Fix basic typos & remove additional spaces. Quinghai -> Qinghai etc.
2. Use a (more) unified naming convention. The list of paths has a mixture of municipalities (e.g. Beijing), provinces (e.g. Anhui), autonomous regions and special autonomous regions.

At the moment there is no distinction between municipalities and provinces and the names of autonomous regions are truncated. I think the municipalities can be left as is as. But, I think you should bring the (English) naming of the ARs / SARs into line with the Wikipedia article Province-level divisions of China and add their designation to make it easier for unfamiliar users to look up more information on these places.
