mll/mly generate ml/mli in build dir and output to dist dir

Hi ! This project does need a complete rewrite. will work on it soon(-ish) and definitely keep this feature in mind.

Hi @xiaoxiangmoe sorry for the long silence. I have stopped using this plugin and just using rollup directly by using bsb's in-source builds

Not sure how useful this project is but if you have any ideas on how it can be an improvement over bsb's in-source let me know
