Removing Root detection

To install proxy cas devices are rooted. Banking apps and other apps try to detect if they run on a rooted device and either open nag screens or do not work at all. Maybe that could be something to make analysis easier.

I've never used a rooted device for reverse-engineering Android apps and apk-mitm was specifically built as an alternative to tools that require root (like JustTrustMe), so this is not going to be a priority for me. However, I can still see how this could be useful, so I'd welcome a pull request.
