Add Culmination and Transit times

I suggest to add Upper and Lower Culmination and Transit times. please check out http://www.geoastro.de/TransitCulm/index.html

Also add Shadow Length Factor

Would you mind to send in pull requests for the changes? It would take a while for me to program it, as I am currently involved in other projects.
