Markdown Render Error - setOption not found

When running a certain block of HTML - showdown runs into some issues. This is beyond my knowledge so leaving here as I would assume this more than likely affects other users as well.

To reproduce this issue - render the following HTML file below then simply un-comment the HTML comment I have highlighted for you & render again.

@tivie - tagging you in here as assuming this will be over-looked thinking an error in usage. But as far as I know this is an issue with ShowDown itself.

This appears to be fixed in current version of ShowDown. Closing for now.
