Latest versions are not getting published as releases?

The latests version updates past 6.1.2 are getting tagged but are not getting published as Github releases, and are not winding up on npm. @Definitely-Not-Vlad @sstimac not sure how the release process is setup, but looks like some automation broke or was changed to get a release / update npm.
