build creditnote report section

i need the sum and count sections like the others

I also need to be able to filter the following credit note applied (check these to see if i do need the cuntionality)

• invoice
• expense
• payments (this is done)

in credit note.php-->checkRecordCanBeSubmitted() i need to do some checks

also add the CR report to clients account

• sum issued (count issued)
• sum applied
• sum refunded to client
• sum cancelled (count)
• sum expired
• sum remaining
