it is not possible to pay for items on a differetn tax system. i need to look at this. i dont thing i can just change `checkPaymentAllowed()`

reports are limited to the same tax system

should i remove the tax system specific record look ups?

there could end up being a lot of messages delivered. once the esystem is working, reduce the mnumber of messages and perhaps add in voucher numbers and the like to...

this is very restrictive, either another single file or folder with them specified, definitely not in a core file easy to fix extends cronjob

this is not currently used but will be in the future so is worth adding into the status list fornow

currently i only check for straight MySQL and not all systems use this now. I might have to use 2 different numbers or there might be an equvailanet
