Rename `yomichan` references to `yomitan`

  • Refactor all yomichan references to yomitan
  • Add hyperlink to Yomitan website in Yomitan Setup Tutorial
  • Remove resolved Yomichan issues.

will merge later because most people still know it as Yomichan and changing it will affect SEO

Maybe enough time has passed? We could also have Yomitan (Yomichan) as a backup.
