SG-35286 - Add new setting to customice the menu name

Some of our users are reporting that the new Flow Production Tracking name for the main menu is a little confusing. It may look like 3 buttons instead of one.

This pull allows, via a new setting in the info.yml file, use a custom name for the menu.

Do you think it would make sense to remove the use_sgtk_as_menu_name setting then?

Do you see any difference with #112?

The issue #112 seems to be the same but with a different implementation. Yes, I think that the use_sgtk_as_menu_name can be deleted because if the user wants the name to be "sgtk" it can be set in the new property.
