[Bug] [r2089] reader scrolls up for an unknown reason

Describe the bug While reading i was scrolling but the reader scrolled all the way up for an unknown reasom.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Unknown

Expected behavior Normal scrolling response to my manual scroll

Device information:

  • OS: Android 8
  • App Version: r2089

Additional context Seems that the app took my diagonal scroll as a max power scroll-up. (see the video, towards the end)
