[F-R] ability to set a dict app to use

this feature is available in moon reader +, it is simply a button that appears when you long-press a word, and after initial setup, it redirects you to the said app, it's be nice to have it instead of the google definition feature, as some aren't always online but have dictionary apps installed, for me, i use dict box
