Describe the bug WebView refreshes contents after device rotation

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open webview of a book
  2. Randomly browse in the webview
  3. Rotate screen
  4. Content lost

Expected behavior Web content should remain unchanged after rotating device
