[F-R] Option to choice between Novel name | date | time (12hr/24hr) in Update Screen

Novel with Image are fine. novel without image are confused which one is updated. And Date is able to see on top. So it don't include in each update is fine.

It is better to understand Chapter Name -> Novel Name Date -> Chapter Name or just change Date to Novel Name.

Instead, I'll do ChapterName NovelName (only if image is not present) Date

It is better to add as option for replace date with novel name.

If offline, novel image only shown loading animation. It is the same as image is not present.
