Novelupdates is one for the largest novel database, and having it will be really useful. Other apps like NovelDokusha and LNreader use this source, and can be used as a reference.
Novelupdates does not save and show the actual novel chapters, but instead links each chapter to the original translator's website. Because of this, some of the novels have their own Cloudflare protection, or require the user to click on a confirmation popup to access the chapter, etc. However, the majority do not have such complications.
