List of not working extensions and ones with problems

Went through all the extensions and did a quick bare bones function test. Testing method on a clean install:

1. Install extension.
2. Open extension. Observe default listing loading novels and looking alright.
3. Select random novel. Observe novel loading and looking alright.
4. Select random chapter. Observe chapter loading and looking alright.

The following have severe problems or did not load for me, might be due to access denied:

• [x] ar/Kolnovel: #221 is a removal
• [x] en/Foxaholic: http 403
• [x] en/KobatoChan: Listing image missing. Some novels work, some don't. Not working at all: God of Cooking Glossary
• [x] en/MTLNovel: http 403
• [x] en/NMTranslations: listing empty
• [x] en/NovelTrench: either http 403 or (I think it was) 1020, which is a cloudflare ban. Honestly did not bother with this one due having had 1020 before.
• [x] en/RainOfSnow: files at the wrong place, will not even install. See #224 for fix.
• [x] en/ReadLightNovel: the default listing not working, they changed at least the path (from top-novel to top-novels it seems). See #225 for fix.
• [x] en/WuxiaDotBlog: Default listing empty due to starting at page 0. See #220 for fix.
• [x] en/WuxiaWorld: broken due to website changes: See #281 for removal.
• [x] pt/SaikaiScan: listing empty. Removal PR due to no maintenance: #241

For http 403 cookies might be needed or the cloudlfare flag in case it works. Therefore, might need to wait for the extension webview button to work to conclude they are/aren't broken.

The following have some kind of problem but work in general:

• [x] en/FastNovel: single paragraphs not loaded due to them being javascript loaded. Imo needs to be removed cause the normal user will not notice this problem. See #226 for removal pull request.
• [x] en/ScribbleHub: chapter images not loading. #293 is a fix for the noted images being wrongfully removed.
• [ ] lib/WWVolare: description not cleaned
• [ ] jp/Syosetsu: description seems broken with whole chapter list in it
• [x] zn/Tangsanshu: listing image missing, not even coded though
