feat: Expose audit logs for enterprise accounts

We have some audit logs internally, but do not currently expose them via the console.

This will be a feature requested by enterprise accounts.

We've not had anyone ask yet, closing until we do.

Got a request for this today. Specifically to see:

  • Invite user
  • Change role
  • Change patch track

Seems like a potentially reasonable place to start.
