Finding the root cause of the performance issues in shopping experiences

Context: With [https://shopware.atlassian.net/browse/NEXT-24928|https://shopware.atlassian.net/browse/NEXT-24928|smart-link] we only fixed the performance when editing the block settings in the sidebar.

With this ticket, we need to take more time to find the root cause that causes the performance issues when editing elements & blocks within the Pagebuilder.

Issue: Once an layout has more than about 30 elements. There is a massive impact on performance. This is especially noticeable when you write something in a text field. Then the whole page starts to hang extremely, everything is delayed until even the browser crashes.

Acceptance criteria:

• Identify the root cause of performance issues
• Develop a draft of how to fix it
• Estimate and evaluate the effort
