chore: check naming consistency across error resolution

Changes:

• package annotation after-sales => fundamentals@after-sales
• MigrationFix services => ErrorResolution services
• moved all relevant backend classes to the same domain ErrorResolution
• renamed migration step apply-fixes => error-resolution
