Filter from relays

• Updates to "Add new listing"
  • Creates g tag for geotags. Relays support filtering/indexing for g tag but not location tag. Filtered queries on marketplace page will be based of iso31661 or other geocodes instead of matching country string names.
  • self mark listing as containing sensitive content label with l tag. Adds Switch component to form.
  • creates tags s based off of listing title and description keywords. this is to index keywords to support searching since NIP-50 is not yet supported by relays for listings.
