Set auto proxy

Is it possible to setup automatic proxy url ?

Hmm are you asking about the "Automatic Proxy Configuration" feature in System Preferences? Or Auto Proxy Discovery? These aren't supported at the moment, but in theory they should be easy to add. I see networksetup -getproxyautodiscovery exists, for example. I've never used it, personally.
