point method

on the mailing list a simple point method has been requested. E.g. point(x, y, color = default) for simple plotting in shoes.

This does work, but it would be nice to have a separate method for it - that makes it more accessible (imo). Also using a real point/pixel representation is a bit more lightweight than using whatever oval does :-)
